- Facilitate the successful conversion of contractors to full-time employees by managing and coordinating all related processes.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of processes and services to clients.
- Continuously monitor and analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project status and progress.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Train and mentor team members on processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Or Process Management.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Ibm's Processes And Systems, As Well As Experience Working With Different Departments And Functions Within The Company.
