
Process Associate - Finance & Administration Delivery - Procure to Pay

- Perform end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions and activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain vendor databases.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Generate reports and analyze data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security guidelines in handling sensitive information.
- Represent IBM in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Procure To Pay Process, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Including Sap And Oracle
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment.
