- Manage the end-to-end process of order to cash cycle, including but not limited to order entry, invoicing, credit management, and collections.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and administrative processes by closely monitoring and reviewing data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the order to cash cycle.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in the order to cash process.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the order to cash cycle.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address any inquiries or concerns related to order to cash processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the progress and success of the order to cash cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve the order to cash process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to order to cash processes.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects related to order to cash processes as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and customer data at all times.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Order To Cash Processes, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Processes, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Clients.
