
Process Analyst - Finance and Administration Delivery - Procure to Pay

- Evaluate current P2P processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline P2P operations.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization within the P2P cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and recommendations for process enhancement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with P2P policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for P2P processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks within the P2P cycle.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in P2P processes to continuously improve operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Business Administration.
Experience With Sap Or Other Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Finance Operations, With A Focus On Procure To Pay Processes.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Areas For Process Improvement And Cost Optimization.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Effectively Implement Process Changes And Drive Results.
