Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for accuracy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance and administration delivery and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, as well as at least five years of experience in finance and administration delivery. You should be highly knowledgeable about accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain finance and administration policies and procedures to ensure efficient delivery.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
  3. Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and resources.
  5. Develop and implement budgeting processes.
  6. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  7. Supervise and train administrative staff on finance and administration delivery.
  8. Identify and resolve financial issues.
  9. Provide guidance and advice to management on financial decisions.
  10. Coordinate and manage external audit processes.
