  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive successful cloud solutions.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for maximizing partner engagement and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide training and support to partners on cloud computing solutions and best practices.
  7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage partner performance metrics and KPIs.
  9. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for the Red Hat Squad and promote our offerings to partners.
  11. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the cloud industry.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities with partners.
  13. Drive partner enablement activities, such as events, webinars, and workshops.
  14. Monitor and report on partner sales, revenue, and performance.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of partner programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience In Cloud Technology: A Partner Account Manager For Red Hat Squad At Ibm Should Possess A Strong Understanding And Experience In Cloud Computing, Including Knowledge Of Various Cloud Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage A Portfolio Of Partner Accounts And Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Partner Account Managers Are Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Partners, So Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think Strategically And Find Solutions To Complex Problems Is Essential For A Partner Account Manager At Ibm. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Develop Effective Strategies To Achieve Business Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Red Hat Products And Services: Familiarity With Red Hat's Products And Services Is Highly Desirable For This Role, As The Partner Account Manager Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling These Solutions To Partners. A Strong Understanding Of Open-Source Technology Is Also Beneficial.
