- Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management and Sales and Distribution modules to provide end-to-end support and solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions to optimize their supply chain and sales processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of SAP SCM SD to identify and troubleshoot any issues or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving and streamlining supply chain and sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to continuously improve and enhance our clients' systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates, training, and support regarding SAP SCM SD solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to their development and growth.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes and procedures related to SAP SCM SD.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Embody a customer-centric mindset and strive to deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sap Scm Sd Implementation And Support.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Sd Modules And Integration With Other Sap Modules.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
