- Analyze and understand the client's HR needs and requirements in order to successfully implement and support PeopleSoft HR systems.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to design, configure, and test PeopleSoft HR modules to meet business needs.
- Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft HR systems by identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HR systems, responding to client inquiries and resolving any system issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Train end users on the functionality of PeopleSoft HR systems and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft HR trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft HR systems with other applications and systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Act as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HR systems, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and sharing knowledge and insights with team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Peoplesoft Hr Software.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Employee Records Management, Payroll, And Benefits Administration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients And Internal Teams Effectively.
Proven Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.
