  1. Design and implement Workday Integrations for clients, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create project plans, and deliver integrations on time and within budget.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Integrations, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday Integrations, providing timely and effective support to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday Integration Tools And Technologies: A Package Consultant-Workday Integrations At Ibm Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Workday Integration Tools And Technologies Such As Eib, Core Connectors, Studio, And Cloud Connect.

  • Experience In End-To-End Workday Integration Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In End-To-End Workday Integration Implementation, Including Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, And Deployment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Integration Design Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Integration Design Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Mapping, Transformation, And Error Handling.

  • Experience In Multiple Workday Integration Projects: To Be Successful In This Role, The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Multiple Workday Integration Projects, Preferably In A Consulting Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Package Consultant At Ibm, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Deliver Successful Workday Integration Solutions.
