At IBM, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Core HR to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the successful implementation of our SuccessFactors Core HR platform. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter and has a passion for helping our clients make the most of the SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the technical and functional aspects of SuccessFactors Core HR, be a creative problem solver, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 5+ years of experience working in a SuccessFactors Core HR environment. Responsibilities:

1. Implement the SuccessFactors Core HR platform.
2. Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues with the platform.
3. Work with various HR modules, such as Recruiting, Performance Management, and Compensation.
4. Provide creative solutions and troubleshoot problems.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and/or Oracle HCM Cloud.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
8. Monitor performance and provide feedback.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SuccessFactors Core HR.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
