  1. Develop and implement SAP HANA FIN FI solutions for clients according to their business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  3. Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with SAP HANA FIN FI to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members on SAP HANA FIN FI.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP HANA FIN FI and provide timely resolutions.
  6. Stay updated on the latest advancements and updates in SAP HANA FIN FI and integrate them into client solutions.
  7. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on SAP HANA FIN FI concepts and best practices.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize existing SAP HANA FIN FI solutions for clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise during client meetings.
  12. Adhere to IBM's quality standards and processes while delivering SAP HANA FIN FI solutions.
  13. Maintain documentation for all SAP HANA FIN FI solutions and processes.
  14. Keep track of project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  15. Represent IBM as a subject matter expert in SAP HANA FIN FI in industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Sap Hana Fin Fi Module: The Package Consultant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Sap Hana Fin Fi Module And Its Various Components, Including Financial Accounting, Controlling, General Ledger, Accounts Payable And Receivable, Asset Accounting, And Cash Management.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Sap Hana: The Consultant Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Sap Hana, Including Data Modeling And Scripting, Performance Tuning, And Troubleshooting. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Configuring Sap Hana Solutions For Finance And Accounting Processes.

  • Previous Experience With Ibm And Its Clients: Familiarity With Ibm's Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience Working With Ibm's Clients, Is Highly Desirable For A Package Consultant Role. This Ensures That The Consultant Is Well-Versed In Ibm's Practices And Can Seamlessly Integrate Into The Company's Culture.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Package Consultant, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing And Delivering Complex Sap Hana Fin Fi Projects For Clients. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organization, Communication, And Problem-Solving, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Consultant Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify And Resolve Issues Related To Sap Hana Fin Fi Implementation And Configuration.
