  1. Provide expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EIM solutions for clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored EIM solutions.
  3. Analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using SAP EIM tools.
  4. Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP EIM applications to meet client requirements.
  5. Stay updated with the latest SAP EIM technologies and recommend improvements to enhance client outcomes.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful delivery of projects within timelines and budget.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP EIM, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  8. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP EIM solutions.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks during project implementation and provide proactive solutions.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential business opportunities and participate in client presentations as a SAP EIM expert.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with clients and continuously strive to exceed their expectations.
  12. Keep accurate and detailed documentation of project activities, solutions, and issues.
  13. Adhere to IBM's policies, procedures, and best practices while delivering exceptional service to clients.
  14. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-learning to stay updated with the latest SAP EIM developments.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Eim Modules: The Package Consultant-Sap Eim Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Sap Eim Modules, Including Data Services, Information Steward, And Master Data Governance.

  • Experience With End-To-End Implementation: Candidates Should Have Experience With Full-Cycle Implementation Of Sap Eim Solutions, Including Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, And Deployment.

  • Proficiency In Data Modeling And Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Skills In Data Modeling And Integration Techniques, Including Etl Processes, Data Mapping, And Data Quality Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Package Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders, Making Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Essential.

  • Sap Eim Certification: Having A Certification In Sap Eim Is Highly Desirable And Demonstrates A Candidate's Expertise In The Field. It Also Shows A Commitment To Continuous Learning And Staying Updated With The Latest Developments In The Sap Eim Space.
