- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking SAP Commerce solutions, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging SAP Commerce to drive digital transformation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for SAP Commerce implementation.
- Design and implement customized SAP Commerce solutions that meet clients' specific requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP Commerce, and proactively share knowledge and best practices with the team and clients.
- Conduct training and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP Commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Commerce, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in SAP Commerce delivery, and actively contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Commerce (Formerly Known As Hybris) Platform.
Strong Knowledge Of Java Programming Language And Web Development Technologies (Html, Css, Javascript).
Experience In Implementing And Customizing Sap Commerce Solutions For Large-Scale E-Commerce Platforms.
