- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM processes and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas where Salesforce can drive growth and success.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and demonstrating the value of Salesforce as a business solution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Salesforce Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least One Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Qualifying Leads, Managing The Sales Cycle, And Closing Deals.
Technical Knowledge: As A Package Consultant-Salesforce, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Salesforce Products, Features, And Integrations, As Well As The Ability To Customize And Configure Solutions To Meet Client Needs.
Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
