- Implement and maintain Oracle SCM Cloud solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and customize Oracle SCM Cloud tools to meet clients' specific needs.
- Provide expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Oracle SCM Cloud and apply them to clients' solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the implementation process.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to IBM's policies, procedures, and best practices for project delivery.
- Collaborate with other Package Consultants and share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in business development activities, such as client presentations and proposals, to promote IBM's Oracle SCM Cloud services.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing Oracle Scm Cloud Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes And Industry Best Practices.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Scm Cloud Modules, Such As Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, And Supply Chain Planning.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Interact With Clients.
