  1. Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud CX technology and solutions.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide Oracle Cloud CX consulting services.
  3. Design and implement solutions using Oracle Cloud CX that align with clients' business objectives.
  4. Optimize and configure Oracle Cloud CX to improve clients' business processes and customer experience.
  5. Perform system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues.
  6. Train clients on how to effectively use Oracle Cloud CX and provide ongoing support.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Cloud CX.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients within the agreed timelines.
  9. Provide regular status updates and reports to project managers and clients.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
  11. Adhere to project guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  12. Represent IBM in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Configuring Oracle Cloud Cx Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Oracle Cx Architecture And Integration With Other Systems.

  • Proficient In Sql And Database Management, With Experience In Data Migration And Data Cleansing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
