Job Description

Build and manage the Business Change Network. Build relationships with Business OCM Lead community members to enlist sponsorship for transformation and build OCM capability across the organization. Align business team leadership with the goals and objectives essential to successful project execution and capability adoption. Deliver on change management activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications and training). Understanding the scope and implications of transformation and connect it to the broader strategy. Ensure alignment across CMO communications. Develop innovative ways to improve reach and engagement through content, events and technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of communications, training, and other organizational change management experiences.

  • Experience developing and executing the change management strategy for a large scale digital transformation.

  • Experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies

  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities
