Job Description

We at IBM are looking for an exceptionally talented Oracle HCM Cloud Analytics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making and provide insights to drive our HCM Cloud strategy.You will be a key member of the IBM Oracle Cloud team and must have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as experience in the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. You should be able to quickly understand data sources, develop analysis plans, and assess new opportunities. You should be a self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate with others to ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality.This role demands an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for unlocking the power of data. You must also possess sound business judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. To excel in this role, you must also possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage data to inform decision-making and drive HCM Cloud strategy.
  2. Quickly understand data sources and develop analysis plans.
