- Lead and manage the Federal Sales team focused on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Treasury to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to increase market share and meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key federal clients, including the IRS and Department of Treasury, to identify opportunities and drive sales.

This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Federal Procurement Process And A Strong Network Of Contacts Within These Agencies.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Managing Director Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Professionals And Coordinating With Other Departments Within Ibm. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Irs/Treasury Technology Needs: The Managing Director Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Technology Needs And Challenges Faced By The Irs And Treasury Department. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Trends And Technologies In Areas Such As Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, And Cloud Computing.
