  1. Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants to deliver high-quality solutions for clients using the latest SAP technologies.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for SAP P2P projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  3. Utilize strong understanding of P2P process to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  4. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
  5. Continuously monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and drive business transformation.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  10. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP P2P, providing thought leadership and driving continuous improvement.
  12. Represent IBM in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Procure To Pay (P2P) Module: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap P2P Module, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Functionalities And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record In Project Management: A Successful Managing Consultant Should Have A Track Record Of Managing Complex Sap P2P Implementation Projects, Demonstrating Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices: As Sap P2P Is Closely Tied To Procurement Processes, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices And Be Able To Provide Strategic Advice To Clients On Optimizing Their Procurement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Managing Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Interacting With Clients, Therefore Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Relevant Certifications: A Managing Consultant Should Have Relevant Certifications In Sap P2P, Such As Sap Certified Application Professional – Procurement With Sap Erp 6.0 Ehp6, To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge In The Field. Additional Certifications In Project Management, Such As Pmp, Would Also Be Beneficial.
