  1. Oversee the delivery of record to report processes: This includes managing and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial reporting, transaction processing, and other related tasks.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations: As the Manager of Finance & Administration Delivery - Record to Report, it is your responsibility to ensure that all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and regulations, as well as any relevant industry standards.
  3. Manage a team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their individual and collective success.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data: Using your strong financial expertise, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and identifying potential areas for improvement or risk.
  5. Develop and implement strategies: You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of record to report processes, with the goal of driving organizational success.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: As a leader in the Finance & Administration department, you will need to work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Train and mentor team members: As part of your management responsibilities, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks: You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance And Administration, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Record To Report Processes, Including Financial Reporting, General Ledger Management, And Intercompany Transactions.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Financial Issues.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
