Lead Fab Operations Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fab Operations Technician to join IBM's advanced semiconductor manufacturing team. The Lead Fab Operations Technician will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our semiconductor production operations, as well as providing guidance and direction to technicians.Qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of semiconductor fabrication experience• Experience in the operation of semiconductor production equipment• Experience in process engineering and materials management• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
