L3 Engineer

5. Prepare and present technical solutions to customers.
6. Work independently and collaboratively with other members of the team.
7. Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure of customers.
8. Keep up-to-date on the latest technology standards and trends.
9. Provide technical support to customers.
10. Maintain documentation and records of customer interactions.
