- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with information and updates on their application status.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent and promote the internship program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract potential interns.
- Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their onboarding process and throughout their internship experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Contribute to the overall success of the internship program by providing feedback and making suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to IBM's policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all interns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete any other tasks or projects assigned by the internship program manager or other team members.
Strong Communication Skills: The Intern Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Knowledge Of Recruitment Processes: A Basic Understanding Of Recruitment Processes Such As Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Will Be Beneficial For The Intern To Assist In The Recruitment Process.
Attention To Detail: The Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accurate Data Entry And Proper Maintenance Of Candidate Records.
Team Player: The Role Of A Talent Care Advisor Involves Working Closely With The Recruitment Team And Other Stakeholders. The Intern Should Be A Team Player And Collaborate With Others To Achieve Common Goals.
