Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quantum computing technology for IBM's future initiatives
- Research and analyze complex technical information related to quantum computing
- Create detailed plans and diagrams to explain quantum computing concepts and projects
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quantum computing
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain current knowledge of quantum computing technologies and industry best practices
- Design and develop prototypes and models to demonstrate potential solutions
- Test and evaluate quantum computing hardware and software components for performance and accuracy
- Document all work and provide technical reports as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
