- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the execution of integration plans, including defining project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Manage all aspects of the integration process, including data mapping, system integration, and testing.
- Communicate progress and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the integration process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate a smooth integration process.

Extensive Experience With Integration Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Integration Technologies Such As Apis, Microservices, And Event-Driven Architecture. They Should Also Have Experience With Integration Platforms And Tools Such As Ibm App Connect, Ibm Mq, And Ibm Integration Bus.
Project Management Skills: The Integration Lead Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Integration Projects From Start To Finish. They Should Be Able To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Communicate With Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ibm's Technology Stack And How It Integrates With Other Systems. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Like Java And Have Experience With Cloud Infrastructure And Devops Practices.
