  1. Design and develop high-quality learning content that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of a diverse global workforce.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback and content expertise into learning materials.
  3. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  4. Ensure all learning content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets quality standards.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project managers to provide updates and seek input.
  8. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  9. Use e-learning authoring tools and other technologies to develop and deliver learning content.
  10. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Proactively identify and solve potential problems or roadblocks in the development process.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the learning experience for employees.
  13. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  14. Mentor and support other team members in instructional design and content development principles.
  15. Represent the learning and development team and IBM with professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Content Development For Corporate Training Or Education Programs.

  • Proficiency In Using Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems (Lms) Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And Moodle.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models Such As Addie And Sam.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders To Develop Effective And Engaging Training Materials.
