Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Content Development For Corporate Training Or Education Programs.
Proficiency In Using Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems (Lms) Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And Moodle.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models Such As Addie And Sam.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders To Develop Effective And Engaging Training Materials.
