  10. Continuously improve and optimize AI and ML solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within the specified timeframe.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on AI and ML technologies and best practices.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the AI and ML practice at IBM.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Ai/Ml Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Ai/Ml Technologies Such As Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Computer Vision. They Should Also Have Hands-On Experience With Popular Ai/Ml Frameworks And Tools Like Tensorflow, Pytorch, And Scikit-Learn.

  • Full Stack Development Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Background In Full Stack Development, Including Front-End And Back-End Development. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript, As Well As Web Development Frameworks Like Angular, React, And Node.js.

  • Knowledge Of Ims Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ibm's Ims (Information Management System) And Its Related Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Ims Database Management, Transaction Processing, And Data Warehousing.

  • Experience With Cloud Computing: As Ibm Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud Computing Services, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Cloud Platforms Such As Ibm Cloud, Aws, Or Azure. They Should Also Have Experience In Deploying Ai/Ml Models On These Platforms.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As An Ims Ai/Ml Full Stack Developer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Designing And Implementing Complex Ai/Ml Solutions. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Efficiently. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Analysis And Be Able To Interpret Results To Make Informed Decisions.
