  1. Implementation and Configuration: Design, implement, and configure IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo systems for clients, ensuring that they align with their business needs and objectives.
  2. Maintenance and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo related issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
  3. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background and knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo systems, including their functionalities, integrations, and upgrades.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects and solutions.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures for IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo systems.
  6. Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo systems, ensuring their proper understanding and usage.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess system performance, identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize system functionality.
  10. Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo best practices, standards, and security protocols.
  11. Innovation and Creativity: Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies, trends, and tools in the IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo space, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
  12. Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, working closely with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Database Management And Sql Scripting.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Ibm Tririga And Maximo Software, Including Configuration And Administration.

  • Familiarity With Agile Methodology And Experience Working In An Agile Environment.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Independently.
