- Lead the development and deployment of innovative solutions on IBM Cloud Z Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps best practices and IBM Z architecture.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DevOps and CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with the project management team to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Train and onboard new team members on DevOps processes and tools.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Act as a technical escalation point for any issues related to the DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of the CI/CD pipelines.
Extensive Experience In Ibm Cloud Z Infrastructure, Including Mainframe, Server, And Storage Systems.
Strong Background In Devops Methodologies And Tools, With A Focus On Continuous Integration And Delivery (Ci/Cd).
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Devops Teams, Including Technical Expertise And Project Management Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle (Sdlc) Processes And Best Practices, With A Particular Emphasis On Agile Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
