As an IBM Cloud Technical leader – Cloud Security, the candidate will act as a thought leader, Architect and SME for cloud security architecture for our world-wide technical sales community. Provide domain expertise in both public and private cloud and enterprise technology related to security and compliance. Develop re-usable industry-specific assets, architecture patterns, briefing materials and product demonstrations to be used by technical sales. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the specific industry characteristics, business challenges, market trends and security and compliance needs (i.e., Financial Services, Insurance sector, Telecom, Healthcare or Retail to name a few). Develop, nurture, collaborate and maintain deep technical relationships with other technical leaders and technical sales teams. Perform periodic review of geo pipeline, identify what’s working in the field, what is not working in the field and provide recommendations to increase sales.
