  6. Create and implement design strategies that effectively communicate IBM's message and values.
  7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

  9. Maintain and organize a library of design assets for easy access and efficient workflow.
  10. Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it to improve design work and processes.
