  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development.

  8. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions.

  11. Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  13. Mentoring and coaching junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
