Financial Communications Manager

This role will support IBM’s Financial Communications function which includes Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. Gain an intimate knowledge of IBM’s business performance, reporting segments and company strategy. Partner with key leaders in IBM’s Finance and Operations and Corporate Development organizations – including Investor Relations, Corporate Treasury, Accounting, Business Units and more – to support and organize key announcements. Organize and expand relationships with a diverse group of communications colleagues across business units, campaigns and geographies, in addition to various agency partners, in an effort to maximize visibility of financial and brand-related M&A strategies and communications rollouts.
