Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Law.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In A Federal Compliance Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Laws, Such As Fcpa, Hipaa, And Sox.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Internal Stakeholders And Government Agencies.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, As Well As Conducting Audits And Investigations.
