Lead v-team of key GPS strategy and planning leads to organize, drive, and land a One GPS approach to annual and semester-based planing activities across business growth, people, core and field. Partner across GPS planning leaders to resolve risk/issues and facilitate key decision making forums and escalations, as necessary. Develop strong relationships, embracing cross-functional collaboration to influence peers and senior executives across the company. Integrate business and culture strategies and priorities into all aspects of planning rhythm, ensuring alignment with Industry and Partner Solutions (IPS) and Microsoft Customer and Partner Sales (MCAPS). Lead lean PMO function for GPS with clear project plans, timelines/milestones, budget, performance metrics, and resourcing to achieve outcomes Strategic and proactive communication to relevant stakeholders, including reporting of success metrics and risk. Lead strategic projects or initiatives in support of the Investment and Planning team to drive positive outcomes.
