  1. Provide technical expertise and support for clients' RedHat solutions.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience with RedHat technologies to drive successful digital projects.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in RedHat technologies.
  5. Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for the best RedHat solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RedHat technologies.
  7. Conduct research and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  9. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on RedHat technologies.
  11. Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures related to RedHat technologies.
  12. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital projects.
  13. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RedHat solutions with other technologies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for RedHat technologies and provide guidance to team members and clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Redhat Technologies: A Digital Technical Specialist At Ibm Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Utilizing Various Redhat Technologies Such As Redhat Enterprise Linux, Redhat Openshift, Ansible, And Redhat Virtualization.

  • Strong Technical Aptitude: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technologies And Tools. They Should Also Have A Solid Foundation In Computer Science, Networking, And Information Security.

  • Experience In Automation And Devops: As A Digital Technical Specialist, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Automation Tools And Processes, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles And Methodologies.
