- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Apptio and provide recommendations for its implementation.

- Act as the main point of contact for all Apptio-related technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all Apptio-related matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Apptio, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Apptio.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Apptio, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to Apptio and provide insights to clients on how they can stay ahead of the curve.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all work is completed accurately and within established timelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Apptio Software.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cloud Computing, It Infrastructure, And Financial Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery And Client Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
