IBM is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Sales Specialist- Apptio Sales to join our team and help us drive our success forward. If you are passionate about technology and have a hunger for success, we want to hear from you!This role requires an individual with a strong sales background and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to identify their needs, offering Apptio solutions, and building relationships that enable future sales opportunities.We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically to develop sales plans. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.If you have the drive and ambition to join our team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer Apptio solutions.
  2. Build relationships with customers to create future sales opportunities.
  3. Develop sales plans and strategies to maximize customer success.
  4. Make presentations to potential customers to explain Apptio solutions.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
  6. Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  8. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences.
