Job Description

As a Digital Sales Specialist at IBM, you will be responsible for driving the digital sales strategy and executing the digital sales process for our clients. You will be a key contributor to the growth and success of IBM’s digital sales initiatives.We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individual who is able to think strategically and tactically to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, digital marketing, and technology, as well as experience in successfully building relationships and business partnerships.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital sales, and an ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate expertise in customer segmentation, sales pipeline management, and utilization of digital tools. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  2. Manage the digital sales process, including customer segmentation, sales pipeline management, and utilization of digital tools.
  3. Utilize digital marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics to enhance sales.
  4. Identify opportunities to increase sales, optimize customer experiences, and drive customer loyalty.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and market insights, and use that information to inform sales strategies.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and report on digital sales performance.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital sales and marketing.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful execution of digital sales initiatives.
