Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Digital Sales Specialist to join the IBM team! As part of the sales team, you will play an integral role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers through digital channels.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Network and build relationships with key stakeholders to expand customer base.
  4. Leverage digital channels to promote IBM products and services.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales materials.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations to management.
  7. Monitor and assess competitor activities in the digital sales space.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
