We’re looking for an experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join the IBM team and help us expand our digital sales strategies. If you’ve got a passion for digital, a knack for adapting to change, and a desire to be part of a high-performing team, this is the job for you.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of digital sales and marketing trends, a track record of successful sales campaigns, and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to customer engagement. You’ll also need excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
  2. Monitor and analyze digital sales trends and develop strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities.
  3. Research customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
  4. Develop customer relationships and identify customer service opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as partners, influencers, and vendors.
  6. Create and execute campaigns to build brand awareness and increase sales.
  7. Utilize customer data and analytics to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are met.
  9. Leverage digital marketing tools, such as SEO, SEM, and social media, to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  10. Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
