Job Description

At IBM, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital sales strategies, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a desire to exceed customer expectations.The Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty, while developing and executing digital sales strategies. This role requires a combination of technical acumen and business understanding, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in digital sales and/or customer service• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and sales trends• Proven track record of successful sales campaigns• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to think strategically and creatively• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentIf you are passionate about digital sales and customer service, and have the qualifications and drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  4. Create and implement sales campaigns to meet customer expectations.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
  6. Utilize problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing goals are met.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  9. Create and present reports on sales performance metrics.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
