We are looking for a talented individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the world of digital sales. This intern will work closely with IBM’s Global Technology Services Digital Sales team to help create and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital sales and technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or be currently enrolled in a related program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is also required.
Responsibilites:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital sales strategies.
- Research and analyze customer data to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Work closely with the Global Technology Services Digital Sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain customer relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and CRM software to manage customer accounts and generate reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in digital sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on digital sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in digital sales.
- Adhere to all IBM policies and procedures.
