- Lead and manage the Devops and Integration team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Devops and Integration strategies and processes.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for testing, building, and deploying software applications.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain Devops and Integration tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Devops and Integration, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and mentor team members on Devops and Integration processes and tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and requirements.

- Work with vendors and partners to select and integrate third-party tools and services.

Extensive Experience With Devops Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, Including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, And Agile Development Methods.
Strong Technical Background: A Devops & Integration Lead At Ibm Must Have A Strong Technical Background In Software Development, Cloud Computing, And Automation Tools. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Like Java, Python, And Javascript.
Experience With Integration Tools: As The Role Involves Managing The Integration Of Different Systems, The Candidate Should Have Experience With Integration Tools Like Api Gateways, Esbs, And Messaging Systems.
Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Complex Projects. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members, As Well As Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.
