- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Vlocity to meet client needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify, design, and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Vlocity technologies and best practices to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members on Salesforce and Vlocity related matters.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer recommendations on Salesforce projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Salesforce and Vlocity implementations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for Salesforce development and implementation.
- Keep accurate documentation of Salesforce solutions, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Vlocity development.
- Represent IBM as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and Vlocity at conferences, events, and client meetings.
- Adhere to IBM's policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices, while working on Salesforce projects.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the Salesforce practice at IBM.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Development And Implementation, With A Focus On Vlocity.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform Architecture And Vlocity Data Model.
Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I And Ii, Or Vlocity Platform Developer.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
