Defect Inspection & Yield Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize defect inspection and yield analysis systems in a semiconductor environment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
2. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in order to optimize yield.
3. Maintain and update databases of defects in order to track progress and ensure accuracy.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of yield analysis and defect inspection processes.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve defect inspection and yield analysis processes.
6. Work closely with other departments in order to ensure alignment and collaboration.
7. Monitor and report on the performance of defect inspection and yield analysis systems.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for defect inspection and yield analysis systems.
9. Stay current with industry trends and developments in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
10. Support the design, development, and implementation of new technologies.
