- Provide technical expertise and support for IBM's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any technical issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM technologies and industry trends to provide the most innovative and effective solutions to clients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of IAM technologies.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks that may impact clients' success.
- Act as a brand ambassador for IBM, promoting our products and services and building strong relationships with clients.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and provide exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Technical Role, Preferably In The Enterprise Software Or Cloud Computing Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Concepts And Technologies, Such As Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, And Identity Governance.
Experience With Various Iam Solutions And Platforms, Such As Ibm Security Identity And Access Manager, Okta, Or Ping Identity.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
