  4. Write, edit, and proofread various forms of content, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and email campaigns.
  5. Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  6. Use data and analytics to measure the success of content initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and incorporate them into content strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to increase brand awareness and credibility.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to produce additional content as needed.
  10. Identify opportunities for repurposing and promoting existing content to maximize reach and engagement.
  11. Monitor and report on the performance of competitor content and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content adheres to IBM's brand guidelines.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on content marketing best practices.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve content processes and workflows.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and represent IBM at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
