Content Marketing Manager
Plan, design, write and publish digital assets for use by various sales & marketing teams, maintaining consistency with corporate brand standards and messaging platforms. Write, edit and publish various communications vehicles (such as announcements and newsletters). Identify market opportunities, based on target persona. Ensure that all external-facing materials match Instana’s brand playbook & ensure its proper application across all media. Assist in managing the Instana website through blog curation and page edits as needed. Work with cross-organizational teams (social marketing, business development, sales, product management, creative / design) on projects as needed. Work with Instana’s Product Marketing and Product Management to develop ideas, abstracts and articles to establish Instana’s thought leadership in key areas such as Observability, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud-Native, etc.
3+ years experience in Content Development for B2B technology solutions
Experience managing digital presence (social, web sites, blogging)
Experience selling or marketing IT Ops tools and/or SaaS solutions a plus, especially in the Application Performance Monitoring
